Growth
Basked in the comfort and protection of our loving parents
We were once the caterpillars
Free of care
Just munching up and absorbing
Growing day by day
Now, in a layer of cocoon
We are enclosed;
Surrounded by hardships
That await us in the reality of the world
Failure and success
We mature through process of overcoming
One day, we hope to break through
That wall of hindrance
To see the light, to see the future
And transform into the butterfly that we dream to be.
