No one's judging...

That moment when you forget your earphone’s not plug into the computer and plays the music out loud in the library and everyone turns to look at you… That moment when you forget to turn your phone to silence and it suddenly rings in the middle of the class and you frantically search your bag to try to turn it off… That moment when your brain blanks out during a presentation and forgets what to say next… That moment when the teacher calls on you to answer a question but you have nothing to say so that you could only stutter out nonsense… We all have countless embarrassing moments in our life At that moment, we just want to dig a hole to hide, wanting to kill ourselves, thinking that others must be judging you hard and are laughing inside.

《日常/Thinking out loud》

所謂自己的日常，一不小心就會被忙碌忽略而被當成理所當然。 所謂他人的日常，存在在眼角餘光和腦中世界之外，是那些「與我無關者」們。 雖然那些日常都是正常的，不過是腦中的一種生理機制幫助我們過濾掉不重要的訊息、好助於我們專注於自己眼前重要的事。 但當某一天突然驚覺即將失去時，才發現那些日常多麼珍貴。 - 最近每天早上都把自己挖起來出去騎車運動，沒有事做反而有種罪惡感，反正等著也是等著，與其被動的等待，不如主動點想辦法充實自己。 - 沿著河堤騎著車，拿起手機拍了拍已經住了一輩子的地方。才發現嗯真的蠻漂亮的。不久前才聽說這裡是高雄的模範社區呢。仔細想想，雖說好像住了很久，但其中的 4 年沒記憶、 7 年還太小不懂的欣賞、另外的 11 年像個過客一樣，好像都未曾細細端詳過。 - 突然想到以前在溫哥華要介紹自己的老家，卻連一張相片素材都沒有，只好用網路上的照片湊合著介紹。那種還不到後悔但就是有種「哎呀，早知道 .... 」的感覺，莫名地就變成了今天拿起手機照的動機。 - 想想，好像也從來沒有完整的看過早晨的河堤。我都不知道河堤公園竟然可以熱鬧的像個菜市場。不，它就是個菜市場。 一切平凡的可以。遛狗、健走、跑步、打太極、跳韻律操、曬太陽、做復健、買菜、叫賣、在公園裡的設施上轉呀轉。 呀～果然是模範社區呢。連社區裡的職能都這麼豐富。 - 看著看著又讓我突然想到實習時，對於這些平凡日常沒有畫面的時刻。每次評估即使老老實實的問了個案，病前和病後從早上起床到晚上睡覺之間發生的事情，然後全部一五一十的紀錄下來，但終究仍覺得在醫院端這似乎淪為一種例行公事，不僅沒有畫面、甚至對於他們失去的日常沒辦法切身同理而感到無力，不知道自己做的事到底有沒有任何幫助。但可能也只有我有這樣的困擾也說不定。 - 曾經洋洋灑灑想了關於同理心這件事 「為什麼總是沒辦法自然而然的表現出我們覺得對方可能希望我們有的反應，沒辦法在當下就說出一些可以安慰別人的話，然後覺得自己可能缺乏同理心，無能為力。 我想，知道一個人的感受很大的原因是因爲經歷過類似的事情才有辦法站在別人的角度去理解他的感受，但其實那都只是我們把自己以前的經歷拿出來類比後的產物。說到底我們還是站在自己的角度在看別人的事情。 我們所理解的同理心其實都是我們自己過往經驗堆疊起來的，同樣要破碎過才能稍微接近和理解別人口中的破碎是怎麼樣。 但說真的如果同理心是這樣...
